The Sooke Pipe & Drums led in the parade:

The Dignatires spoke on stage, then handed out free cake

Keith Martin, Judithe Ann Gatto and John Horgan (& Mayor Janet Evans, below) handed out the free Canda Day Cake.

1:00 pm Sooke Pipe & Drums, Royal Canadian Legion Br 54 Colour Party, dignitaries, others with all the Territorial and Provincial flags of Canada were paraded in.

Food- sample ethnic foods such as Souvlaki, Chili, and favourites such as mini donuts, hamburgers, pizza and more! " Softies " ice cream, "Smokin Bones Cook Shack" will serve up their award winning meat Pulled Pork Po' Boys and Beef brisket Po'Boys sandwiches.
